Thamma Day-Wise Box Office Collection
Thamma’s release witnessed a clash with Harshvardhan Rane’s Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat. However, Ayushmann and Rashmika’s movie maintained a strong presence at the box office, leaving Rane’s movie behind. Meanwhile, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat has earned Rs 60 crore so far.
Coming back to Thamma, apart from Harshvardhan Rane’s film, Ayushmann’s horror comedy is now facing strong competition from S. S. Rajamouli’s film Baahubali: The Epic. Despite that, Thamma has continued to hold strongly on the big screens.

Speaking about the film’s success, Ayushmann said, “The success of Thamma is like a beautiful divine light. It is the result of the collective prayers of the young and the old present here. Ayushmaan bhavah… that’s what my father used to say whenever I touched his feet. When Paresh ji said Ayushmaan bhavah in the film, it felt like my father, my guardian angel, had blessed me.”
