Actor Priyanka Chopra has returned to Hyderabad for the shoot of her upcoming film Globetrotter, directed by SS Rajamouli and starring Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The actor shared glimpses of her journey and arrival in the city on social media, teasing her co-star Mahesh Babu in the process.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Priyanka posted a selfie from her flight before takeoff, smiling for the camera. She captioned it, “And we’re off again, destination exciting,” and also gave a nod to singer Celine Dion, writing, “Queen always and forever @celinedion,” while pointing to her outfit. After landing in Hyderabad, Priyanka shared a short video from her car with the caption, “Streets of Hyderabad,” tagging Mahesh Babu along with a laughing emoji.

Earlier on Wednesday, Priyanka was seen at Hyderabad airport, dressed casually as she interacted with a few people before exiting with her team. The actor has been frequently traveling to India for the film’s shoot, with production details expected to be revealed soon.

Recently, fans witnessed some light-hearted banter between Mahesh Babu, SS Rajamouli, and Priyanka Chopra on social media. Mahesh had playfully reminded Rajamouli on X (formerly Twitter) about his promise to announce details of their upcoming film in November. “It’s November already, @ssrajamouli,” Mahesh wrote, followed by another post: “First things first, you promised us something in November. Please keep up your word.”
Rajamouli responded, “It has just started, Mahesh. We’ll slowly reveal one by one.” Mahesh then tagged Priyanka, hinting that she had been sharing glimpses from Hyderabad. Priyanka jokingly replied, “Helloooo!! hero!!! You want me to leak all the stories you share with me on set?” Rajamouli continued the fun exchange, replying, “Why did you reveal PC @urstrulyMahesh… You ruined the surprise!”
About Globetrotter and Priyanka’s upcoming projects
The yet-untitled project, tentatively referred to as SSMB29 and Globetrotter, marks the first collaboration between SS Rajamouli, Mahesh Babu, and Priyanka Chopra. While the plot is being kept under wraps, the film is expected to be one of the most anticipated releases from Indian cinema.
Apart from Globetrotter, Priyanka will next be seen in the second season of Citadel, and in The Bluff, where she plays a 19th-century Caribbean pirate alongside Karl Urban.
