Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s dream mansion in Mumbai has reportedly been ready, and the couple along with their daughter Raha, and mom Neetu Kapoor will soon shift in. The lavish property is located in the posh area of Bandra, Pali Hill, and is worth around Rs 250 crore, according to multiple reports. The property boasts exquisite interiors, expansive rooms, rich architecture, and lavish gardens, all designed to create a luxurious haven under one roof.

Director-choreographer Farah Khan recently brought up the celebrity couple’s bungalow in her vlog while chatting with Ranbir sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. In a lighthearted exchange, she asked Riddhima, “Mumbai mein jo tum logon ka ghar ban raha hai, aapke liye ek floor rakha hai ki nahi?” (Is there a floor reserved for you in the house being built in Mumbai?)
With a smile, she answered Farah’s question, clarifying her space in much-talked about residence. Riddhima said, “I have a room there. I will be on my mother’s floor. So, there’s one room for me and Bharat, and one for Samara as well. My mom wants us to be close.” She emphasised that instead of having an entire floor, she and her family will have their own rooms adjacent to Neetu Kapoor.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s house holds a special significance for the Kapoor family. It once belonged to Ranbir’s grandparents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor. Later, it was passed down to his parents Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in 1980. The new house has created a space where the Kapoor legacy and future generations come together seamlessly.
About Riddhima Kapoor Sahni’s Bollywood debut
Riddhima Kapoor Sahni will be making her cinematic debut, alongside Kapil Sharma in a film tentatively titled Dadi Ki Shaadi. Interestingly, it was Kapil who initiated her name for the role. The film will also star Neetu Kapoor, though additional details are still under the wraps.
