Sameer Wankhede claims that he has been defamed by the portrayal in the web series “The Ba***dies of Bollywood.” The court directed the defendants (Netflix and Red Chillies) to file a response to this allegation, as well as to a petition seeking the removal of the allegedly defamatory content from various websites. However, the court has not yet issued an interim injunction order.
