Soha Ali Khan recently opened up about the idea of broadening the scope of her podcast All About Her. In a candid conversation on Bollywood Hungama’s podcast, Soha revealed that while her focus remains on women, she does not rule out the possibility of featuring men in the future.

Soha said, “Men are allowed to come on as experts. As guests so far, my brother asked me this just today as well. He’s like, are you going to at some point broaden this to all about him, all about them? Yeah. And I said, I haven’t thought about it because there is such a long wish list that I have of women. Okay. Most of whom I have not even met or thought about. Okay. But I know that they exist. So let’s first have that conversation with women and then let’s see after that.”
The actress-podcaster further elaborated on the kind of discussions she wants to bring into the show, especially on health and wellness. She mentioned her interest in having someone share their experience with weight loss through methods like Ozempic or Mounjaro.
“I don’t have a name, but I want a person who has lost weight with Ozmpic6 or Mangaro. Oh, I know you exist, but can you talk to us about it if you could because then we can actually have a conversation with an endocrinologist who will tell us where obesity is also a concern and sometimes weight loss, rapid weight loss, perhaps using methods that are not traditionally used to lose weight are also concerning. But sometimes the risks of obesity outweigh those other risks and perhaps that’s why people choose these methods. I don’t know. I will learn from the expert as will all of us. But for that I need someone to come and talk about it. Could be a man, could be a guy like Karan Johar. He happily talks about it,” she explained.
While the podcast is titled All About Her and primarily highlights women’s stories, Soha emphasized that it is not limited to celebrities or well-known personalities.
“They are women who have also used and since it’s called All About Her, I want them to come forward. They don’t have to be celebrities. They don’t have to be famous people, but there should be someone who will tell us about their journey,” she added.
With All About Her, Soha Ali Khan continues to create a space for conversations around women’s experiences, while also leaving the door open for broader inclusivity in the future.
