Bollywood filmmaker Farah Khan is currently running her YouTube channel along with her cook, Dilip. The choreographer and the cook visit celebrities’ homes to learn new dishes while serving viewers a delightful dose of gossip. In these vlogs, Farah is accompanied by Dilip, who has now become quite popular. The banter between Farah and Dilip adds to the entertainment value of the videos.
In a recent episode, the duo visited Chunky Panday’s house to shoot a vlog. During the conversation, Farah hinted that she pays Dilip a hefty salary.
While they were cooking together, Dilip mentioned that when he first came to Delhi, he was earning only Rs 300. To this, Farah jokingly replied, “Then why did you start with Rs 20,000 when you came to me?” She later hinted that Dilip now charges a much higher fee, saying, “Started with Rs 20,000… don’t even ask me now.”
In the vlogs, Dilip is often seen jokingly asking Farah to increase his salary, adding to the lighthearted banter that fans love.
The comedy continued when Farah teasingly told Dilip that his salary was being raised to Rs 1 lakh per month. Dilip’s eyes lit up with excitement – only for Farah to cheekily follow it up with, “I’m joking.”
Later, Chunky Panday joined in on the fun, pretending to lure Dilip away with promises of a bigger salary, a car, and even a house. However, Dilip remained loyal to Farah.
Adding to the chaos, Chunky’s cook, Mala, hilariously chimed in, asking, “Mujhe kya diya? (What did you give me?)” Farah, clearly exasperated, finally exclaimed, “What is this, an auction? I’ll get stuck in this!”
