Karisma Kapoor’s children reach Delhi HC, demand share in late father Sunjay Kapur’s Rs 30,000 crore property.

New Delhi: Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samaira and Kiaan, have approached the Delhi High Court demanding a share in their late father Sunjay Kapur’s property. In the suit filed by the two children, they have claimed that their stepmother, Priya Sachdev, has forged Sanjay’s will. They say that the will allegedly made by their father is not a legal document but is forged and fabricated.

They argued that for this reason, the original documents of the alleged will were shown to them. Therefore, the children requested the court to give them a copy of the document. Apart from this, Karisma Kapoor’s children also requested the court to restrain Priya Sachdev from executing the will until the matter is resolved.
